Refund Policy

We want you to love your Rosalía merch! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition.

How to Return

1. Email help@buymerchonline.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you return instructions within 24-48 hours.
3. Ship the item back (customer pays return shipping).
4. Once received, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

For size exchanges, please return your original item and place a new order. We'll process your refund once we receive the return.

Note: Sale items and customized products are non-returnable.
